We currently deliver within Karachi only. Orders with an address outside Karachi cannot be placed at checkout.
Delivery costs PKR 300 on every order. The charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Orders are dispatched once your bank transfer reaches us, and most are delivered within 2–4 working days. We will email you when your order is on its way, with the courier's tracking number.
Check that the parcel is sealed and undamaged before you accept it.
If you will not be available, contact us and we will rearrange the delivery. Orders refused at the door without a reason may need to be paid in advance next time.
If your parcel is late, damaged or not what you ordered, reach us through the Contact page. We will sort it out with the courier for you.
